Class Overview
Today in class, we addressed Islamic balance and sustainable development, which is separated into three parts: ISLAM AND SOCIAL SUSTAINABILITY, ISLAM AND ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY, and, last but not least, ISLAM AND ECONOMIC SUSTAINABILITY. Here, we can observe that the Islamic religion places a high value on the environment. Furthermore, we explore the sources of pollution on this planet, which include GARBAGE GENERATION, WATER CONSERVATION, and WATER POLLUTION caused by human activity.

We also covered Islamic Sharia-based economies, such as almsgiving(sedaqah),zakat and others. Aside from that, Islam outlaws interest-based economies, gambling, and other activities.

We also talked about keeping a relationship with Allah SWT, especially in worship and relationships with Human Being in our daily life.
Personal Reflection
Islamic economics and social order is an interesting field of study because it provides a unique perspective on how economic and social structures are organized according to Islamic teachings. This system is based on the moral teachings found in the Quran and Hadith, which emphasize justice, equality, and social welfare.
Islamic economics, for example, prohibits interest (riba) while encouraging risk-sharing and trade-based contracts such as speculation. It promotes ethical investment and redistribution of wealth through methods such as zakat (charity) to help those in need and reduce inequality. There is also an emphasis on responsible consumption and environmental stewardship, which represents a larger ethical framework in economic transactions.
In addition, the relationship between God (God) and man is important to the spiritual and social life of Islam. Relationship with God (Vertical Relationship): Tawheed (Oneness of God) Oneness of God is the basis of the Islamic faith. Everything that a person does must be because of Allah, the Creator and Sustainer. Relationship with others (horizontal relationship): Social responsibility: Muslims are expected to have a good impact on society through charity (zakat) and good deeds. The concept of nation (society) emphasizes the need to care for fellow human beings, especially those who are less fortunate.
Islam provides a strong foundation for environmental sustainability, as it emphasizes the responsibility that man has to God to take care of the earth. Reverence For All Living Things: Islam has great regard for all living beings. Plants and animals are part of God's creation. Prophet Muhammad advised people to handle the animals in a mild technique and to plant the bushes, he used to maintain the surroundings. Islam encourages environmental conservation activities, planting trees, and the cultivation of green belts. As well as: "There is no Muslim who sows seeds or plants a tree and is eaten by birds, people or cattle, except that it is a charity for him" Narrated by Al-Bukhari.
Application of learning
By mastering this technique, I will be able to apply the Islamic economic system in my daily life, including boycotting products from countries like the United States and Israel because they have committed genocide against the Palestinian people. In addition, it has the ability to maintain and improve man's relationship with God. In addition, we must protect the ecosystem from natural disasters by preventing the discharge of pollutants into the ocean, which will prevent water pollution.
Conclusion
In summary, I can become more conscious of the need to protect the environment, as well as to be more pious toward Allah and considerate of others, by learning more about this subject. Additionally, I can study the Islamic Sharia-based economic system.
